Front, rear and headlight washer pumps are located in the passenger side front wheel well above the wheel liner and are affixed to the washer fluid tank.
Remove wheel liner.
In engine bay remove coolant expansion tank bolts (10mm) and gently move the tank out of the way.
Remove filler nozzle by pulling it outward toward driver side. It’s held on by rubber grommet only.
Washer tank is held on by three 10mm bolts.
Remove these bolts while supporting the weight of the tank (if full) by other hand or resting it on the tire.
Drop it down and you’ll see three pumps. Two are black and in order from left to right (rear to front) are front, rear, headlight washers… a hose with label heck (German for rear) can help distinguish between the front or rear of the two black pumps.
A metal clip keeps those in place. Remove to swap out the pumps.
Assembly is reverse of removal.
